We will be preparing truly Mexican food with recipes and spice blends from all different regions in Mexico. Some of our menu items include: Street, Rolled, Regular, and Crispy Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, Ensaladas, Tostadas, Enchiladas, and a limited breakfast menu. We will also offer some low fat, vegetarian options. We will have a "Miix It Up" option: You can pick your protein and toppings and have it served over french fries, baked potato, fresh tortilla chips, or a baked sweet potato (think California Fries, but maybe I want that on a baked potato instead). For everyone's sweet tooth we'll have churros in several different flavor and fillings, as well as a Mudslide, which is frozen chocolate yogurt topped with cinnamon sugar chips, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup. We will be serving our handmade Horchata and Jamaica. And if neither of those sweet treats sound tempting, we are partnering with a local Panaderia for pastries that will change weekly.
Our business model is based on supporting local businesses for our suppliers in everything we do. We are West Valley residents. We are locally owned. We demand the highest quality food from our 5 day veggie deliveries, to our Angus carne asada, because we want our guests to walk away satisfied.

Atmosphere is fast casual, family friendly dine in or carry out. We will have a main counter to place your order and relaxed seating, so our guests can enjoy complimentary chips and salsa, both made fresh daily.
Decor will be an urban upbeat vibe, and will feature a mural wall done by a local Phoenix street mural artist (TBD) in conjunction with #muralsofphoenix.
Prices range from $1.59 for our street tacos up to $9.99 for our Mix It Up options and then in between for our other items.
We plan on participating with all the usual delivery services, (Grub Hub, Uber, etc.) and will offer catering through EZ Cater online via our website.
We are hoping to be open in 2019.
